Laughguru has a Fellowship Program within their Marketing (primarily) and Content functions, where bright, driven individuals who have recently completed their 12th grade (or equivalent) and are looking to take a year to gain further experience before going abroad for undergraduate studies, work with us full-time or part-time.
Their past Fellows have had enriching experiences with us. They choose the best (we have had alumni of Mumbai's top 10 and Delhi's top 10 schools working with them) and they have gone on to the best undergraduate schools in the US and elsewhere (e.g. MIT, NYU, HYUST, IIT Bombay, St. Xavier's Mumbai).
The work is challenging, and pays well. Their Fellows are given exposure to work at the level of seniority that is usually reserved for those with an undergraduate degree; in addition, they are given mentorship to ensure that their learning goals are achieved, and that they get a strong Letter of Recommendation from our Founder.
In addition, the pay for our Fellows varies from Rs. 5000 per month to Rs. 30000 per month, depending on the time they invest (full time / part time fellowship), and their performance.
