Potential Weavers main focus is career counselling for all age-groups. It uses advanced psychometric test considering all aspects of an individual including personality, interests and aptitude which helps to gain an insight into one's self and choose the right career according to the skills and abilities.

Other services include social skills, smart strategies programme, self-management skills which helps in an overall development of an individual.

Apart from these, it provides remediation for children with academic and behaviour difficulties. It caters mainly to students having Learning Difficultues (LD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
