Hi, covid has been tough on everyone. The change in lifestyle, online lectures, work from home and many other changes has been tough to get accustomed to. But, this is a temperory phase, till things get back to normal. Anxiety is a common issue amongst many people during this time. You can visit a psychologist or psychiatrist if you think it is affecting your physical and mental health. Otherwise, exercising, talking to friends -family and taking your mind off all the negative news could help. After every storm comes a rainbow and things are already getting better, so hang in there.
